Returns & Exchanges

At SET ACTIVE, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. Please note that all items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and download the return packing slip to include inside your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
